Requirements
- Intermediate programming skills in R or Python for data cleaning and pipeline development.
- Experience with statistical modeling, machine learning techniques, and LLMs.
- Intermediate SQL skills, including window functions, stored procedures, and CTEs.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets.
- Experience with at least one BI platform such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Experience or familiarity with version control tools such as Git or Bitbucket.
- Strong organizational skills to balance competing client requests and complex datasets.
- Intermediate to advanced competency in statistics, probability, and linear algebra.
- Strong communication skills with experience delivering presentations and executive summaries.
- Demonstrated critical thinking and analytical skills.
- Associate’s degree, bootcamp certification, or practical work experience in a quantitative field.
Responsibilities
- Transform, improve, and integrate data according to business requirements.
- Plan and scope end-to-end data analysis projects by identifying business problems.
- Use SQL and BigQuery to combine and prepare datasets from multiple sources.
- Deliver data insights in a clear, useful, and visually appealing way.
- Maintain existing media-mix models through directed retrains and performance reporting.
- Organize and collect results from incrementality tests, clean rooms, and related analyses.
- Conduct guided marketing analyses to support client and internal needs.
- Support presentations through data pulls, ad-hoc analyses, and slide creation.
- Automate data gathering, blending, and transformation processes.
- Collaborate across Engineering, Reporting, Product, Paid Media, and Data Science teams.
