Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in application development, software engineering, or systems development.
- Demonstrated experience in technical leadership or project-lead roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field from an accredited U.S. university.
- Strong expertise in ASP.NET and the .NET Framework.
- Experience with J2EE, object-oriented design (OOD), object-oriented programming (OOP), WSDL, and Web Services.
- Hands-on experience developing within relational database management systems.
- Proficiency with tools including JavaScript, jQuery, VBScript, GitLab, Visual Studio, LLBLGen Pro, Kendo, Telerik, TFS, Salesforce, and SQL Server Reporting Services.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
- Experience with full software development lifecycle, performance optimization, and production support.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements to translate them into practical technical solutions.
- Create system designs, technical specifications, and development artifacts.
- Design, develop, test, debug, and maintain complex enterprise applications.
- Develop solutions using ASP.NET, .NET Framework, J2EE, OOD, OOP, and Web Services.
- Improve existing application performance, reliability, and maintainability.
- Provide technical direction and project leadership to development staff.
- Collaborate with Government stakeholders to resolve implementation challenges.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical and user documentation.
