Requirements
- 4-6 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce platform components including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL.
- Experience with declarative Salesforce automation tools.
- Strong grasp of integration architecture involving Salesforce, NetSuite, and Mulesoft.
- Experience leading the debugging of complex, unexpected cross-system behaviors.
- Ability to work with middleware solutions to realize architectural visions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills suitable for a global, asynchronous team.
- Proactive ownership mindset for solving complex technical problems.
- Working knowledge of NetSuite or other ERP software.
- Proficiency in SQL, Salesforce reporting, Data Import, and Postman.
- Understanding of Salesforce tri-annual release cycles and regression testing.
- Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Salesforce CPQ preferred.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to design and implementation of components and services spanning Salesforce, Mulesoft, and NetSuite.
- Participate in cross-system enterprise projects, balancing delivery speed with feature completeness.
- Develop clean, scalable, and maintainable code for the Salesforce platform.
- Provide guidance for Finance workflows and operations within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Champion system quality through comprehensive unit testing and leading debugging of cross-system behavior.
- Utilize AI tools to accelerate development velocity, code review, and automated documentation.
- Maintain system health through data quality initiatives and proactive monitoring.
