Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Motion Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design, visual design, marketing design, or a related creative production role.
- Strong proficiency with Figma, including ability to work with templates, components, shared libraries, and collaborative design workflows.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, composition, and digital production best practices.
- Portfolio demonstrating strong production design capabilities and execution across multiple digital formats.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Design high-quality static graphics and visual content for lifecycle marketing, social media, website, performance marketing, product marketing, campaigns, and offline events.
- Translate creative briefs, content outlines, and campaign concepts into polished visual deliverables that are clear, accurate, accessible, and aligned with brand standards.
- Apply strong design fundamentals across typography, layout, composition, hierarchy, color, motion timing, and visual storytelling.
- Create and maintain reusable design templates, components, and visual assets to support efficient production.
- Collaborate with content, social, product marketing, growth, and legal/compliance partners to incorporate feedback and manage revisions.
- Maintain organized working files, templates, design components, exports, and asset libraries.
- Support production needs across multiple formats including resizing, adapting, and optimizing assets for platform requirements.
