Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of professional full-stack software development experience.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, Java, or Go.
- Experience with front-end frameworks like React or Angular.
- Experience with back-end frameworks like Node.js or Springboot.
- Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL database technologies.
- Mastery of agentic coding operating models and LLM-assisted development.
- Knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP).
- Exceptional problem-solving and autonomous execution capabilities.
- Strong communication and mentorship skills for collaborative technical discussions.
Responsibilities
- Architect and develop end-to-end high-stakes prototypes and production-ready solutions.
- Spearhead technical direction for AI, machine learning, and frontier technology experimentation.
- Establish governance for code reviews and pioneer engineering standards.
- Mentor engineering peers to improve overall code quality.
- Articulate architectural decisions and project velocity to executive stakeholders.
- Navigate technical ambiguity and pivot strategies based on market dynamics.
