- Proven experience building complex, production-ready automation workflows.
- Strong understanding of clean and scalable workflow architecture.
- Experience with OpenAI/LLMs, APIs, webhooks, JSON, and third-party integrations.
- Experience with Monday.com and BI/reporting tools.
- Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and analytical skills.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Experience with JavaScript or Python (plus).
- Experience with Make or Zapier (plus).
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain advanced n8n workflows ensuring clean architecture, documentation, and scalability.
- Build and troubleshoot Monday.com automations, cross-board logic, and third-party integrations.
- Work with APIs, webhooks, JSON, conditional logic, and error handling for robust system reliability.
- Build AI-powered workflows leveraging OpenAI/LLMs and OCR for document processing and data extraction.
- Develop and maintain BI dashboards and reporting using tools like Power BI, Looker Studio, or Tableau.
- Create and maintain lightweight data pipelines connecting business systems to monitor data quality.
