Requirements
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience building and maintaining API integrations.
- Deep understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth, and JSON.
- Ability to debug, troubleshoot, extend, and improve complex integrations.
- Working knowledge of SQL and experience creating reporting dashboards or BI visualizations.
- Proficiency in BI and reporting platforms such as Power BI, Looker, or Tableau.
- Working proficiency in Python or JavaScript for custom scripting and automation.
- Experience with at least one no-code or low-code automation platform such as Zapier, Make, or Workato.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to provide relevant work samples or a portfolio.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a professional remote working environment.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain API integrations and data synchronization between business platforms such as HubSpot, Filevine, Monday.com, and Microsoft 365.
- Develop reliable and scalable integrations using technologies such as REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth, and JSON.
- Design and implement reporting dashboards and business intelligence infrastructure supporting Legal Operations, Finance, Sales, and HR.
- Transform raw platform data into actionable KPIs, reports, and visualizations to support informed decision-making.
- Identify repetitive and manual workflows across departments and automate them using no-code or low-code platforms such as Zapier, Make, or Power Automate.
- Develop custom scripts and solutions when standard automation tools cannot address business requirements.
- Produce clear technical documentation for integrations, dashboards, and automations.
