Requirements
- Proven track record in Requirements Engineering / Management within the Fintech or Blockchain sectors.
- Core knowledge of stock exchange operations, trading platforms, digital assets, and financial market regulations.
- Experience with Product Ownership frameworks or a strong product-oriented mindset.
- Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tooling (Jira, Confluence).
- Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum B2 proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication skills.
- Cultural fit for the client’s fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Identify, structure, and document business and technical requirements using structured methodologies.
- Analyze existing workflows, uncover inefficiencies, and propose enhancements for system performance.
- Bridge the gap between product management, engineering, QA, and compliance teams.
- Develop actionable requirement documentation and assess technical feasibility alongside system architects.
- Collaborate closely with developers and QA to ensure accurate translation of requirements into working software.
- Maintain requirement traceability, track changes, and maintain documentation throughout the project.
