Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner in banking, finance, or insurance.
- Proven track record of creating comprehensive business cases beyond user stories.
- Proficiency with agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
- Mandatory fluent German (C1+).
- Understanding of compliance frameworks such as SOC2 and ISO 27001.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, or comparable project management tools.
- Ability to travel to Germany approximately once per month or two for 2-3 days.
- Availability to attend workshops in Warsaw twice per year.
Responsibilities
- Create and prioritize user stories in collaboration with specialist departments.
- Develop complete business cases including cost-benefit analyses and decision templates.
- Manage stakeholders across both specialist departments and IT.
- Coordinate with Finanz Informatik regarding requirements and technical feasibility.
- Ensure documentation compliance with SOC2 and ISO 27001 standards.
- Identify and explore AI application potential within the assigned workstream.
