Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in risk management, compliance, governance, privacy, technology risk, or internal audit.
- Close familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as GDPR, NIST AI RMF, and ISO/IEC 42001.
- Strong understanding of risk-based governance and regulatory compliance concepts.
- Experience operating inside complex, regulated, global organizations.
- Ability to translate policy and regulatory requirements into operational processes.
- Stable high-speed internet connection (25 MBPS or higher) with backup.
- Personal PC/laptop with at least 8GB RAM and Core i5/Ryzen 3 processor or equivalent.
- Operating system: Windows 10+ or macOS Catalina 10.15+.
- Headset with noise cancellation and a 720p or higher resolution webcam.
- Designated, quiet, and well-organized workspace.
Responsibilities
- Operationalize and continuously improve the enterprise AI governance framework by translating AI policy and regulatory requirements into practical, repeatable governance processes.
- Coordinate AI governance work across Privacy, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Information Security, IT, and business teams.
- Manage the end-to-end AI Impact Assessment (AIIA) process for new or changed AI use cases.
- Ensure AI assessments address privacy, fairness/bias, explainability, security, and regulatory considerations.
- Maintain the AI regulatory register and monitor emerging AI regulations to update policies and standards.
- Support AI-specific third-party due diligence in coordination with Legal and Procurement teams.
- Support the Enterprise AI Council by preparing submissions, risk materials, and tracking remediation actions.
