Requirements
- 6+ years of backend software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in PHP (Laravel), Python, Node.js, and MySQL.
- Expertise in RESTful APIs, TDD, and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions).
- Experience with SaaS architecture, microservices, and AWS infrastructure.
- Knowledge of system observability, performance tuning, and scalability.
- Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Experience in AI-powered product development (nice to have).
- Background with LLMs, LangGraph, or AI agent frameworks (nice to have).
- Prior experience in a fast-growing SaaS company (nice to have).
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs with Laravel (PHP), ensuring testability, observability, and performance.
- Build Python and Node.js services for AI agent hosting and LLM interaction.
- Apply object-oriented and functional programming to deliver scalable and maintainable systems.
- Tune MySQL queries and indexing to improve speed and reduce latency.
- Utilize AWS services (Lambda, CDN) to build secure, scalable infrastructure.
- Lead and participate in code reviews to maintain high standards of code quality.
- Collaborate with product, design, QA, and DevOps teams to align solutions with business needs.
- Mentor engineers and promote technical excellence across the team.
