Requirements
- 2 - 4 years of progressive data analytics or finance experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a quantitative field preferred.
- Strong quantitative skills and knowledge of financial modeling.
- Solid background in lending or capital markets, specifically structured finance or financial services.
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel and common database systems.
- Experience with PowerBI, Tableau, or other reporting tools is a plus.
- Ability to work independently on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional certification such as CFA, MBA, or CPA is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain data analyses and reporting to project loan portfolios.
- Assist in loan inventory management and short-term cash forecasting.
- Develop and maintain optimization models for Capital Markets and Finance departments.
- Analyze financial information to identify trends and provide recommendations to leadership.
- Perform detailed variance analysis comparing results to forecasts.
- Support month-end financial statements analysis.
- Provide analytical insights to cross-functional teams including Accounting, Capital Markets, and Legal.
- Execute continuous process improvement and ad hoc analysis.
