Requirements
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.
- Active bar admission in at least one U.S. state.
- 3–6 years of experience in compliance or regulatory legal practice.
- Experience in healthcare law is preferred.
- Strong judgment and attention to detail.
- Ability to operate effectively in evolving regulatory environments.
Responsibilities
- Provide legal and regulatory guidance on HIPAA, Medicare, Medicaid, and state healthcare requirements.
- Translate complex healthcare regulations into actionable policies and systems.
- Conduct compliance reviews and audits.
- Draft compliance policies and training materials.
- Review vendor agreements for regulatory compliance.
- Support internal investigations.
- Monitor and advise on regulatory developments affecting company operations.
