Requirements
- 3+ years experience working at a performance/digital marketing agency
- Experience working specifically with B2B SaaS/tech clients in an agency setting
- Deep expertise across paid search and paid social advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
- Proficiency in using advertising platforms including Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Strong understanding of PPC principles (keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, and campaign optimization)
- Ability to analyze campaign performance data using Google Analytics, GA4, Excel, or other analytics platforms
- Proven and measurable success with mid-market or enterprise accounts
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to translate and articulate strategy and tell stories with data
Responsibilities
- Oversee and lead a collection of Paid Media accounts
- Serve as direct support to client contacts
- Communicate weekly with vendors or operational partners to ensure alignment on tasks and quality
- Build custom strategies for clients each quarter
- Create, maintain, and optimize budgets for paid media campaigns across multiple channels
- Execute and optimize PPC advertising campaigns including keyword research, ad copywriting, and audience targeting
- Analyze campaign performance data using Google Analytics, GA4, and Excel to make data-driven decisions
- Confirm lead routing accuracy within CRM systems
