Requirements
- Active board certification: FNP-C, FNP-BC, or WHNP-BC.
- 3+ years of experience independently managing perimenopause and menopause patients.
- 3+ years of experience independently prescribing and titrating Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT).
- 3+ years of experience managing a continuous NP patient panel and making autonomous clinical decisions.
- 3+ years of synchronous telemedicine experience.
- 1+ year of experience evaluating and prescribing pharmacologic weight management therapies, including GLP-1 agonists.
- Multiple active state licenses (DEA preferred).
- Fluency with EHR, video conferencing, AI scribe tools, and clinical decision support platforms.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-volume virtual environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage ongoing perimenopause, menopause, weight, sexual health, mood, and sleep patient panels virtually.
- Independently prescribe and manage Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) including estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone.
- Evaluate and prescribe pharmacologic weight management therapies, including GLP-1 agonists.
- Make autonomous clinical decisions in a high-volume virtual care model.
- Maintain clinical documentation, productivity benchmarks, and follow-through standards.
