- Proven experience leading multiple end-to-end Oracle Cloud HCM implementations.
- Strong expertise in Global HR, workforce management, and Core HR business processes.
- Experience supporting Oracle Payroll implementations or payroll-related initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to lead client-facing workshops and manage stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience with data conversion, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM principles and implementation methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a remote environment with professional workspace and reliable connectivity.
- Willingness and ability to travel to client locations as required by project needs.
Responsibilities
- Lead Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR implementations across the full lifecycle, from discovery and requirements gathering through configuration, testing, deployment, go-live, and post-production support.
- Serve as the primary functional lead and subject matter expert for Global Human Resources and Core HR solutions.
- Design and configure complex Oracle Cloud HCM processes, including enterprise structures, workforce structures, legal employers, and security profiles.
- Support Oracle Payroll initiatives by aligning HR and payroll processes, data structures, validation activities, and compliance requirements.
- Facilitate client, executive, and stakeholder workshops to understand business needs and define future-state processes.
- Lead fit-gap analyses and provide recommendations based on Oracle best practices.
- Oversee testing strategies, user acceptance testing, deployment planning, and go-live readiness.
- Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, data conversions, HDL, HCM Extracts, and reporting.
- Mentor junior consultants and project team members on functional tasks and professional development.
- Contribute to business development activities, including solution demonstrations, proposals, and project estimations.
