  • Proven experience leading multiple end-to-end Oracle Cloud HCM implementations.
  • Strong expertise in Global HR, workforce management, and Core HR business processes.
  • Experience supporting Oracle Payroll implementations or payroll-related initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead client-facing workshops and manage stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience with data conversion, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM principles and implementation methodologies.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work in a remote environment with professional workspace and reliable connectivity.
  • Willingness and ability to travel to client locations as required by project needs.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR implementations across the full lifecycle, from discovery and requirements gathering through configuration, testing, deployment, go-live, and post-production support.
  • Serve as the primary functional lead and subject matter expert for Global Human Resources and Core HR solutions.
  • Design and configure complex Oracle Cloud HCM processes, including enterprise structures, workforce structures, legal employers, and security profiles.
  • Support Oracle Payroll initiatives by aligning HR and payroll processes, data structures, validation activities, and compliance requirements.
  • Facilitate client, executive, and stakeholder workshops to understand business needs and define future-state processes.
  • Lead fit-gap analyses and provide recommendations based on Oracle best practices.
  • Oversee testing strategies, user acceptance testing, deployment planning, and go-live readiness.
  • Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, data conversions, HDL, HCM Extracts, and reporting.
  • Mentor junior consultants and project team members on functional tasks and professional development.
  • Contribute to business development activities, including solution demonstrations, proposals, and project estimations.
