Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Data Science, AI, Data, or Analytics in enterprise client environments.
- Proven experience in pre-sales and technical consulting, including discovery and architecture design.
- Deep hands-on expertise with Microsoft technologies, specifically Azure Data Services, Azure AI, Synapse/Fabric, or Databricks on Azure.
- Strong architectural mindset to design secure, governed, and scalable AI solutions.
- Demonstrated success influencing pipeline progression and closing $1M+ deals.
- Exceptional executive presence for engaging C-suite and senior business leaders.
- Strong storytelling, whiteboarding, and formal presentation skills.
- Ability to lead, mentor, and motivate architects and data scientists.
- Experience managing ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Shape and deliver high-impact AI and machine learning solutions on the Microsoft platform.
- Act as a technical evangelist and trusted advisor to guide clients through complex business challenges.
- Partner with sales teams to qualify opportunities, influence major deals, and lead engagements from discovery to close.
- Design end-to-end Data & AI architectures, ensuring security, scalability, and alignment with client objectives.
- Engage and influence C-suite stakeholders through whiteboarding, architecture reviews, and executive presentations.
- Mentor architects and data scientists while developing reusable accelerators and reference architectures.
