Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant professional experience with a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years with an advanced degree, 2+ years with a PhD, or 11+ years without a degree.
- 8+ years of experience in technical program management, engineering management, or software delivery leadership.
- Strong background in software engineering, computer science, or systems architecture.
- Experience leading complex programs across global and distributed engineering organizations.
- Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures, distributed systems, microservices, REST APIs, and event-driven architectures.
- Practical knowledge of public cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Experience working in highly regulated financial environments, such as Tier-1 banks, payment processors, or fintech.
- Proven expertise in risk management, dependency management, and stakeholder alignment.
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, and/or SAFe methodologies.
- Advanced English proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex, multi-team technical programs spanning core banking, card issuing, ledgers, authorization, and payment processing.
- Drive strategic initiatives from initial concept through implementation, production rollout, and post-launch evaluation.
- Establish and maintain comprehensive program plans covering milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
- Partner with Engineering, Product, and Architecture teams to ensure solutions are scalable, resilient, and secure.
- Coordinate execution across Product Management, Engineering, SRE, Architecture, Client Delivery, Compliance, and Operations.
- Facilitate program planning, execution reviews, release readiness activities, and post-launch assessments.
- Communicate technical issues, program risks, and delivery status to internal leadership and external stakeholders.
