Requirements
- Portfolio of shipped consumer product work with referenceable outcomes and metrics.
- Demonstrated expertise in information design and cognitive load management.
- Expert-level Figma proficiency (components, tokens, auto-layout).
- Fluent in modern rapid-prototyping tools (Framer, v0, Lovable, Cursor, Replit).
- Hands-on, daily experience with agentic AI tools (Claude, Claude Code, etc.).
- Technical fluency to read code and understand HTML, CSS, and frontend components.
- Experience with product analytics (Amplitude, Mixpanel, Firebase) and A/B testing.
- Demonstrated ability to personally drive research, flows, and design QA.
- Systems thinking ability to connect user motivation to business retention.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder advocacy.
Responsibilities
- Rethink information presentation to support faster, better member decision-making.
- Design for cognitive load by optimizing interface content and information hierarchy.
- Own end-to-end design of core platform surfaces across web, iOS, and Android.
- Move from insight to prototype to production, including wireframes and design QA.
- Conduct or co-lead user research and validate designs with real member data.
- Develop and evolve the design system for cross-platform consistency.
- Use agentic AI tools to accelerate exploration, ideation, and production.
