Requirements
- 10+ years of experience delivering professional services or providing product management for workloads on AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure.
- Deep expertise in both frontend and backend development.
- Advanced proficiency with modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks (e.g., React, Next.js, Vue, Svelte).
- Robust experience designing APIs (REST, GraphQL, gRPC) and server-side architecture using Node.js, Go, or Python.
- Proficiency in at least three distinct programming languages (e.g., TypeScript, Python, Go, .NET, Java).
- Experience utilizing Spec-Driven Development tools and workflows for AI code generation.
- Knowledge of microservices, event-driven architecture, cloud-native patterns (Kubernetes, Docker), and database internals (SQL & NoSQL).
- Demonstrated ability to align technical refactoring and feature development with business goals.
- Experience leading technical teams.
- Strong communication, listening, and emotional intelligence skills.
Responsibilities
- Act as a technical authority, selecting technologies and driving adoption of Spec-Driven Development and AI-assisted workflows.
- Work directly with customers to build features and modernize their technology estate to increase business growth.
- Provide deep technical expertise and thought leadership to challenge and guide clients.
- Act as a people manager for a team of approximately 5 direct reports, including conducting 1-to-1s, professional development, and goal-setting.
- Provide oversight to project teams to ensure outcomes align with business problems, budgets, and timelines.
- Participate in sales processes, pre-sales, and account management, including supporting the creation of statements of work.
