Requirements
- Solid experience with Dutch copywriting in an agency environment
- Prior agency experience
- Proven experience with project management (task, approval, and deadline organization)
- Reliability in delivery and commitment
- Ability to own mistakes and actively apply feedback
- Genuine hunger to grow into strategy and account ownership
- Native-level proficiency in Dutch
Responsibilities
- Own copywriting for pod accounts (6-8) based on the strategy set by your pod's Senior RM
- Keep projects on track: status updates, chasing approvals, day-to-day sequencing
- Contribute ideas to account strategy and start building strategic instincts
- Pull and format reports to support Senior RM decision-making
- Spot blockers or delays before they become a client's problem
