Requirements
- Solid professional background in Data Architecture including data development and pipeline design.
- Deep, hands-on knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud (DMO/DSO, profile unification, calculated insights, activation).
- Expertise in Google Cloud Platform data services (BigQuery, Cloud Storage, pipeline orchestration, IAM).
- Proven ability to translate business processes into end-to-end data architectures.
- Understanding of data integration, governance, quality, and scalable cloud-based environments.
- Strong systemic thinking and results orientation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Databricks, Medallion architecture, Delta Lake, PySpark/Spark SQL, and Unity Catalog is preferred.
- Knowledge of dimensional and relational modeling and integration patterns is preferred.
- Relevant certifications (Salesforce Data Cloud Accredited Professional, Google Cloud Professional Data Engineer/Architect) are advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Assess existing data architecture and operating model to optimize GCP capabilities.
- Map the complete data lifecycle from operational and CRM sources through ingestion and delivery.
- Design an integrated target-state architecture connecting Salesforce Data Cloud with cloud and Lakehouse environments.
- Develop architecture to support generative AI, vector search, and predictive model use cases.
- Guide teams on data modeling, pipelines, lineage, data quality, governance, and LGPD compliance.
- Evaluate and optimize cloud infrastructure and customer data platform costs through FinOps.
- Translate complex technical concepts into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
