Requirements
- 6+ years of professional experience in engineering.
- 3+ years of experience building web applications using Node.js and React.
- 2+ years of experience in a leadership role.
- Experience in software architecture (projects from scratch preferred).
- Experience in setting up and maintaining hosting infrastructure.
- Strong business acumen (early-stage startup experience is a plus).
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Proficiency in English.
- Desire to learn new technologies and integrate AI tools into workflows.
- Willingness to learn new technologies.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of engineers to foster a high-performing culture.
- Own the technical delivery of the project, ensuring adherence to deadlines and client objectives.
- Oversee software architecture and infrastructure setup and maintenance.
- Collaborate with the Product Manager and Design Lead to align project goals.
- Assist in discovery refinement, estimation, and prioritization of epics and user stories.
- Act as a hands-on contributor to feature development.
- Conduct regular code reviews to ensure high code quality.
- Proactively improve development processes and team efficiency.
