Responsibilities
- Serve as the trusted advisor for clients on all RCM-related matters.
- Lead audits and diagnose billing inefficiencies, payment delays, and denial issues.
- Use data tools and client insights to deliver operational improvements.
- Communicate clearly and credibly with clients, executives, and technical teams.
- Work with product and AI teams to deliver long-term automation.
