Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a metabolic health coaching role or dietitian setting.
- Demonstrated comfort and enthusiasm blending motivational interviewing and behavior-change coaching with AI-informed direction.
- Proficiency in navigating complex technology, including remote apps, AI systems, and internal dashboards.
- Demonstrated experience or willingness to manage a high-volume, uncapped caseload.
- Comfort operating within a fixed schedule, standardized SOPs, and a structured coaching model.
- Fluency in Spanish.
- Strong computer skills including Google Workspace, Slack, and EHR platforms.
- Ability to work from a computer for extended periods.
- Reliable internet connectivity to maintain a HIPAA-compliant remote work environment.
- Open mindset and flexibility to adapt to frequent process, tool, and schedule changes.
Responsibilities
- Onboard, activate, and manage members as part of a seamless coaching experience.
- Conduct 15-minute and 30-minute virtual coaching sessions via video or phone to support members in setting goals.
- Motivate, coach, and provide support to members based on health goals designated by the Twin app.
- Provide general education on healthy eating principles and lifestyle strategies.
- Utilize AI-powered tools for member support, metrics-driven insights, and daily member rounding.
- Complete progress notes and chats within 24 business hours.
- Maintain a high-volume, uncapped caseload and adhere strictly to Standard Operating Procedures.
- Collaborate with coaching colleagues, providers, and nurses to drive a seamless experience.
- Participate in pilot programs, team coverage, and holiday/weekend on-call responsibilities.
