Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR technology, HRIS, or a similar role
- Experience in business analysis, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and system design
- Strong understanding of HR processes and workflows
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of data security and compliance requirements related to HR systems
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into technical requirements
- Work with IT and external vendors to design and implement HR technology solutions
- Conduct system testing and validation to ensure solutions meet business requirements
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for HR systems
- Develop and deliver collateral and training materials for HR system users
- Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement
- Create detailed functional specifications for system enhancements and new implementations
- Develop and maintain HR reports and dashboards to support decision-making
