Requirements
- Degree graduate in BE/B.Tech, Computer Applications, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or Commerce.
- At least 5 years of professional experience, including a minimum of 3 years as a Team Lead.
- Background in SaaS, FinTech, or BPO environments.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience using Jira for project and workflow tracking.
- Solid knowledge of RCA, KRA, and performance benchmarking.
- Proven experience in customer account management and escalation handling.
- Ability to work in rotating shifts.
- Experience working with or supporting APIs is a plus.
- Strong goal orientation, leadership, and team-building skills.
Responsibilities
- Ensure adherence to existing processes and establish performance monitoring benchmarks.
- Facilitate root cause analysis for incident reports to identify improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with customer support teams to provide technical support for data feeds and APIs.
- Lead project management best practices including planning, execution, and closure.
- Manage a portfolio of customer accounts ranging from enterprise to small scale engagements.
- Identify capacity requirements to support monitoring SLAs within customer contracts.
- Provide actionable feedback to the product management team to improve customer experience.
- Coordinate with offshore teams to ensure timely and high-quality data deliveries.
