Requirements

  • 8+ years of overall technology experience.
  • 3+ years of hands-on UKG/Kronos ProWFM implementation experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong experience designing and deploying cloud-based applications, preferably within Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Knowledge of AI implementation in business workflows, including LLMs, RPA, and machine learning platforms.
  • Strong programming knowledge in Java and Python with experience designing APIs and event-driven systems.
  • Extensive integration experience covering REST APIs, web services, and API management.
  • Proficiency with Boomi AtomSphere, including custom connectors and process flows.
  • Experience with event-driven architecture and data-streaming technologies such as Kafka, IBM MQ, or GCP Pub/Sub.
  • Strong DevOps and CI/CD knowledge using Jenkins, GitHub, and GitHub Actions.
  • Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and serverless architectures.
  • Hands-on database experience with SQL/RDBMS, NoSQL, PostgreSQL, BigQuery, and Looker Studio.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of end-to-end Workforce Management solutions using UKG ProWFM.
  • Act as the technical subject matter expert for WFM implementations, upgrades, and large-scale deployment initiatives.
  • Architect and govern integrations between workforce management platforms and enterprise systems.
  • Design scalable, secure, and reliable integration solutions using platforms such as Boomi, MuleSoft, or BTP.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate complex needs into scalable technical solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to apply AI, automation, and data pipelines to enhance workforce management workflows.
  • Develop and maintain technical architecture, design specifications, and process documentation.
  • Ensure solutions comply with security, data governance, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
  • Guide technical teams, coordinate deliverables, and support knowledge-sharing initiatives.
  • Promote Agile delivery practices while collaborating with internal and external partners.
