Job Details

8+ years of experience in quality assurance engineering with native iOS and/or Android applications.
Advanced hands-on experience with mobile automation frameworks like Appium, Espresso, XCUITest, or Maestro.
Proficiency in Kotlin and/or Swift with experience in Java, TestNG, or JUnit.
Experience developing device and OS coverage strategies via real-device platforms.
Strong knowledge of mobile CI/CD and distribution tools like Fastlane, Bitrise, or App Center.
Experience with debugging, profiling, and observability tools such as Charles, Proxyman, Crashlytics, or Sentry.
Familiarity with Jira and TestRail for bug tracking and test management.
Hands-on experience with AI-assisted testing or MCP-based test generation.
Demonstrated ability to improve team efficiency through strategic use of AI and automation.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.

Own and evolve the mobile quality strategy, balancing automated, exploratory, and end-to-end testing.
Design and maintain scalable mobile automation frameworks using tools like Appium, Espresso, XCUITest, or Maestro.
Define testing strategies for mobile-specific scenarios such as deep links, biometrics, accessibility, and network conditions.
Establish device coverage strategies using platforms like BrowserStack, Sauce Labs, or Firebase Test Lab.
Lead release quality practices using crash and observability data to mitigate production risks.
Develop and operationalize AI-assisted and agentic testing workflows for improved defect detection.
Partner with Engineering and Product teams to refine requirements and assess quality risks.
Mentor and coach QA engineers in mobile automation, test design, and AI-driven quality engineering.
