Experience: 2+ years of sales and account management experience in transportation and logistics field is preferred

Recent college or university degree in Marketing or Business-related field.
2+ years of sales and account management experience in transportation and logistics field preferred.
Previous experience in an analyst role and or in pricing function is an asset.
Experience working B2B sales involving complex deals is an asset.
Strong knowledge and understanding of the sales planning process.
Ability to understand the business processing requirements using technology.
Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
Strong interpersonal and customer relation skills.
Strong negotiation skills with proven closing ability.
Ability to function independently with little or no supervision as well as function in a team environment.

Monitor and track active shipments throughout the night, providing real-time visibility and updates.
Communicate with customers, drivers, and internal teams regarding shipment status, delivery schedules, and service issues.
Update customer portals, systems, and shipment records with accurate information.
Coordinate pickup and delivery appointments and ensure customer requirements are met.
Identify, escalate, and resolve operational exceptions, delays, and service disruptions.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing timely solutions and follow-up.
Prepare overnight reports and communicate critical updates to the morning operations team.
Maintain accurate documentation and foster effective collaboration with customers, carriers, and internal stakeholders.
