- 5 years of relevant work experience
- Intermediate business knowledge and ability to apply it to work objectives
- Intermediate problem management and incident tracking mastery
- Intermediate product knowledge for application development and support
- Intermediate testing skills for program test data, load testing, and test documentation
- Intermediate technical analysis for identifying and resolving complex clinical and operational issues
- Intermediate configuration management and planning proficiency
Responsibilities
- Design, build, install, configure, and develop software for clinical, administrative, financial, and operational workflows.
- Analyze and maintain system lists, consults, eConsults, and procedural orders (EEGs, ECGs, PFTs).
- Collaborate with the Telehealth team on the implementation of new eConsults for the inpatient setting.
- Complete system build and support for inpatient provider billing and charging rollouts.
- Participate in on-call support rotations for Orders and Clin Doc applications.
- Support Epic's twice-yearly upgrade cycles.
- Perform testing, QA, reporting, and provide user training.
- Act as a go-to resource for team members and lead small project teams.
