Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 6 months of customer service experience (remote experience preferred).
- Basic computer proficiency, including typing, navigating the internet, and using common applications.
- Must have a high-speed internet connection with at least 20 Mbps upload and 100 Mbps download speeds.
- Requirement: Hardwired internet only; satellite, Wi-Fi, and cellular data connections are not compatible.
- Must have a dedicated, quiet, distraction-free home office setup.
- Requirement: Must have two computer monitors for efficiency.
- Must reside within 50 miles of the Phoenix Valley facility.
- Ability to work effectively while navigating multiple systems simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a Customer Champion by handling 4+ calls per hour, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Act as a Technology Troubleshooter, assisting customers with phone functions, billing, and general service inquiries.
- Navigate multiple screens and systems simultaneously to provide step-by-step troubleshooting assistance for complex device or service issues.
- Maintain a high level of organization and self-motivation while working from home to remain consistently available during scheduled shifts.
- Collaborate with team members, demonstrating respect and appreciation for diverse strengths and talents.
