Requirements

  • Six or more years of professional experience building production web applications across the frontend and backend.
  • Strong proficiency in Python, Django/DRF, Vue, and SQL.
  • Experience with data visualization frameworks and API design.
  • Experience designing or consuming data models and ETL pipelines using Snowflake, dbt, or similar technologies.
  • Proven ability to translate product requirements into technical architecture.
  • Familiarity with healthcare, analytics, or enterprise SaaS environments.
  • Clear communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Experience with healthcare or value-based care analytics, EHR data, or claims data models (preferred).
  • Experience integrating LLM-driven insights or AI-based summarization (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of data visualization principles and UX for analytics products (preferred).
  • Background in technical product management or a hybrid engineering/product role (preferred).
  • Previous experience in an early-stage or high-growth startup environment (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain data-driven applications such as performance dashboards, scorecards, and analytics workbenches.
  • Architect end-to-end features by connecting backend models, APIs, and frontend components.
  • Translate user needs and clinical and financial metrics into intuitive visualizations and actionable interfaces.
  • Integrate data pipelines, LLM-generated insights, and healthcare analytics into user-facing modules.
  • Design for maintainability, reusability, and performance while ensuring system reliability.
  • Collaborate with designers to create cohesive, user-friendly experiences.
  • Establish engineering best practices, documentation, and component libraries.
  • Utilize AI-assisted tooling to accelerate development and code quality.
