Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience administering and supporting enterprise collaboration SaaS platforms.
- Strong expertise in Atlassian Cloud administration (Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence).
- Experience administering and governing Slack and/or Zoom.
- Practical experience with SSO, SCIM, and user lifecycle management via Azure Entra ID (Azure AD).
- Experience with API-based integrations and automation using Python, PowerShell, or similar scripting.
- Understanding of SaaS governance principles, access reviews, retention policies, and audit controls.
- Ability to evaluate and manage marketplace apps and AI features for security and business value.
- Strong problem-solving skills with experience working across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Passion for process improvement, automation, and system reliability.
Responsibilities
- Administer, configure, and maintain collaboration and productivity SaaS platforms, including Atlassian Cloud (Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence, Assets, Statuspage), Slack, and Zoom.
- Own platform reliability and operational health, including monitoring, incident response, and problem management.
- Design and manage Jira/JSM configurations, including workflows, automation, and permission schemes.
- Implement and support identity federation and user lifecycle management (SSO, SCIM) via Azure Entra ID.
- Build and maintain automations and integrations using APIs, webhooks, and scripts (Python/PowerShell).
- Evaluate and manage third-party apps, add-ons, and AI capabilities while ensuring security, cost management, and vendor compliance.
- Partner with Security and IT Governance to enforce data retention, access controls, and audit requirements.
- Support enterprise AI systems and assistants with governance and integration.
- Provide tier-3 user support and develop self-service and enablement materials.
