Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance, Economics, or Business.
- 2-5 years of experience within financial services.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret complex contracts.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office products.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor an ongoing portfolio of assigned post-closing releases in the system of record.
- Review transactional agreements to extract relevant legal information for the distribution of transaction consideration.
- Analyze and interpret post-closing contractual obligations.
- Coordinate with the Operations Team to create accurate distribution waterfalls and release funds.
- Prepare post-closing release materials and collaborate with the Compliance Analyst Team.
- Facilitate timely problem resolution and risk mitigation.
- Manage and execute special projects as needed.
- Deliver training as requested by management.
