Requirements
- Demonstrable experience building production workflow automations.
- Experience with APIs, webhooks and structured data such as JSON.
- Familiarity with at least one automation platform.
- Ability to understand and document business processes.
- Strong troubleshooting and stakeholder-management skills.
- Understanding of responsible handling of customer and company data.
- Experience with Python or JavaScript (preferred).
- Familiarity with AI APIs, retrieval systems or AI agents (preferred).
- Experience integrating CRM or support platforms (preferred).
- Knowledge of authentication methods such as OAuth (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Map existing workflows and identify automation opportunities.
- Build integrations using tools such as Make, Zapier or n8n.
- Connect CRM, marketing, support and internal business systems.
- Create AI-assisted workflows using approved models and APIs.
- Add validation, error handling, monitoring and human review.
- Document workflow logic, permissions and dependencies.
- Test automations before deployment.
- Train users and provide ongoing support.
- Monitor time saved, failure rates and business outcomes.
- Follow security, privacy and data-governance requirements.
