- At least 7 years of experience mapping and driving systemic improvements within complex service environments; at least 7 years of experience working in an agile, multidisciplinary team environment; at least 5 years of hands-on professional work experience building web applications, and systems, using modern JavaScript frameworks, especially with Node.js.

Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience mapping and driving systemic improvements in complex service environments.
- At least 7 years of experience in an agile, multidisciplinary team environment.
- Experience designing and building medium to large-scale web applications, with significant work on Cloud Platforms (AWS preferred).
- At least 5 years of hands-on professional experience building web applications and systems using modern JavaScript frameworks (Node.js).
- Understanding of web interface design best practices.
- Ability to design, build, and test semantic, accessible, Section 508 compliant web applications.
- Familiarity with JavaScript testing frameworks such as Jest, Jasmine, or Mocha.
- Ability to dive into problems and iterate in working code.
- Ability to think strategically regarding trade-offs and short-term vs. long-term benefits.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Design, review, and build well-crafted software with team engineers.
- Collaborate with government partners and contractors to architect, implement, and deploy systems.
- Ship new features in an agile manner to meet user needs.
- Create tools and processes to automate development, testing, and production workflows.
- Write and review technical documentation and perform code reviews.
- Participate in an on-call rotation for production systems and investigation.
- Participate in hiring activities including interviews and debriefs.
