Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Demonstrated vehicle maintenance experience.
- ASE Automotive Certification preferred.
- 2 years of customer-facing service experience preferred.
- Available to work Monday to Friday, 8:00AM to 5:00PM PST.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge.
- Assist customers with automotive sales questions related to products, installations, and service support.
- Function as the technical expert for both customers and the sales team.
- Relay customer feedback and identify trends to engineering teams for product improvement.
- Provide in-depth information regarding equipment and parts.
- Advocate for customers throughout the RMA process.
- Resolve customer complaints in person, via telephone, or email.
- Support the sales team with technical knowledge and customer service tasks.
