Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent work experience; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven ability to work backward from customer needs to inform product vision and strategy.
- Strong track record of delivering results with urgency and owning the product lifecycle.
- Experience with rapid iteration, learning from failures, and data-driven prioritization.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to influence leadership and stakeholders.
- Experience aligning cross-functional teams, particularly Engineering and Product Design.
- Strong understanding of AI-powered solutions and ML/LLM experiments (preferred).
- Deep understanding of accounting workflows and tax preparation processes (preferred).
- Ability to communicate complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Influence and communicate the AI product vision and strategy to leadership.
- Develop a 12-month prioritized roadmap in collaboration with Engineering.
- Own the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch and continuous iteration.
- Identify and drive large-scale transformation opportunities within product areas.
- Execute product strategies that improve operating margins.
- Align cross-functional dependencies to ensure a cohesive roadmap.
- Define and prioritize ML/LLM experiments in partnership with AI Engineering.
- Define, track, and report on key post-launch metrics to drive product improvements.
