Requirements
- Active national board certification as a Nurse Practitioner.
- Active, unrestricted NP licensure and prescriptive authority in at least five U.S. states, including California or New Jersey.
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience managing perimenopause, menopause, and hormone replacement therapy.
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience evaluating, prescribing, and monitoring pharmacologic obesity treatments (including GLP-1 agonists).
- Minimum 3 years of experience autonomously managing a longitudinal patient panel.
- Minimum 3 years of experience delivering synchronous telehealth in a remote, productivity-driven environment.
- Proficiency with EHR systems, video-conferencing software, clinical decision-support systems, AI scribe tools, and communication platforms like Slack and Notion.
- Strong clinical judgment and written communication skills for a written-first clinical environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage the Coverage Inbox by responding to patient questions, follow-up needs, and symptoms.
- Evaluate patient needs and route messages to appropriate team members.
- Process asynchronous prescription and refill requests within the scope of licensure.
- Review flagged and critical laboratory results and initiate appropriate follow-up.
- Conduct same-day and next-day visits when direct evaluation is required.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient interactions, care plans, and clinical decisions.
- Participate in project-based clinical work to improve care quality and operational efficiency.
