Requirements
- 2+ years of professional animation or motion graphics experience.
- Strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating professional motion design work.
- Advanced proficiency with Adobe After Effects.
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop.
- Strong understanding of motion design principles, timing, pacing, and visual storytelling.
- Experience creating content for digital and social media platforms.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment during U.S. client hours.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage feedback efficiently.
- Completion of a Spark Hire intro video is required for application consideration.
Responsibilities
- Create 2D animations, kinetic typography, explainer animations, and social media motion graphics.
- Transform scripts, creative briefs, and storyboards into polished animated content.
- Develop engaging motion sequences for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram Reels, LinkedIn, and paid social campaigns.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, video editors, and marketing teams to integrate brand assets and video footage.
- Export and optimize content across various formats, dimensions, and aspect ratios.
- Build efficient production workflows, including reusable animation libraries and project templates.
