- Demonstrated experience and results in strategic client-facing interactions.
- Proven track record of managing and developing relationships with strategic merchants.
- Experience in identifying and building strategies to achieve organizational objectives.
- Ability to take full ownership of client relationships.
- Experience managing technical sales and integrations.
- Strong data, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to travel onsite for merchant visits and industry conferences.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Responsibilities
- Partner with key external stakeholders including merchants, agencies, and networks to grow the Ad Solutions business.
- Integrate Capital One Ad Solutions products and services with merchant partners.
- Leverage data analytics to optimize and grow the assigned book of business.
- Train and support agencies and industry partners on Ad Solutions products.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Product and Revenue Management to drive business objectives.
- Conduct strategic analysis to support merchant-specific initiatives.
- Execute marketing campaigns from start to finish.
- Scale new merchant adoption through education and support.
