Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in product analysis, business analysis, or technical product management.
- Demonstrated experience working directly with engineering teams to build and test software or AI products.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in writing detailed requirements and structured documentation.
- Experience designing test plans and validating software or conversational AI output.
- Ability to manage multiple complex, client-specific requirement sets simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfort operating in ambiguous environments and ability to bring structure to complex problems.
- Experience with AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude for documentation and analysis.
- Prior experience with AI agents, chatbots, or automated workflows is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with AI evaluation/observability or digital analytics platforms is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Gather and document client-specific FNOL scheduling requirements including business rules and workflows.
- Translate ambiguous client and stakeholder inputs into clear, testable technical specifications.
- Collaborate daily with engineering to resolve ambiguity and keep delivery unblocked.
- Design and execute test plans to validate agent outputs against client requirements.
- Identify failure patterns and log defects to drive resolution with the engineering team.
- Monitor post-launch performance metrics like accuracy and scheduling success to scale effectively.
- Act as a central communication point between clients, Operations, Sales, and technical teams.
