Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with SDKs.
- Competence with at least one of the Native Maps SDK programming languages: Swift, Kotlin, Flutter, .NET, or Qt.
- Ability to quickly learn new technical concepts.
- Ability to break down complex APIs into clear, concise, and compelling documentation.
- Solid understanding of Git.
- Ability to learn and work with industry-standard content management tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in GIS, computer science, or a related field.
Responsibilities
- Empower developers to build mobile and desktop geospatial applications using ArcGIS Maps SDKs.
- Create clear, helpful guides, tutorials, and API documentation for complex technical concepts.
- Test new features to ensure workflows and endpoints are accurately represented.
- Triage and resolve customer-reported documentation issues.
- Create engaging content such as blogs, videos, and social media posts to educate the community.
- Support users at conferences and in online forums.
