Responsibilities
- Support prospective and active clients via phone and email in 8-hour shifts.
- Serve as an empathetic point of contact for clients throughout their care journey.
- Explain insurance benefits and billing processes to clients.
- Manage operational workflows for the clinical team, including scheduling and refund requests.
- Collaborate with Product & Engineering, Clinical Care, and other internal departments.
- Support the onboarding of new team members.
