Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in education, instructional design, healthcare administration, public health, communications, business administration, clinical discipline, or a related field.
- Minimum of three years of relevant professional experience in training, education, instructional support, healthcare training, learning and development, or a related discipline.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to translate complex program and clinical requirements into clear learning experiences.
- Proficiency with learning management systems and virtual training platforms.
- Professional clinical experience or demonstrated understanding of healthcare delivery and clinical workflows (preferred).
- Experience supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) or Veterans Health Administration (VHA) (preferred).
- Familiarity with VA suicide prevention programs and processes such as REACH VET, Risk ID, PDE, SPED, and Veterans Crisis Line-related requests (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Assess training and education needs related to the ERCM Pilot implementation.
- Develop and revise customized training courses, workbooks, and digital learning materials.
- Conduct instructor-led training sessions in face-to-face and virtual environments.
- Administer training evaluations and track participant performance and feedback.
- Maintain training databases, records, and learning management system content.
- Coordinate with clinical SMEs, government leads, and pilot-site staff to ensure workflow alignment.
- Present briefings and training summaries to clinical, operational, and leadership audiences.
