Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of professional software engineering experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in C# and .NET with hands-on backend system development.
  • Strong experience with .NET Web API development and modern backend architecture.
  • Solid expertise with Entity Framework and data-access patterns.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript (for ~80% backend / 20% frontend work).
  • Experience working with cloud services, particularly AWS or comparable platforms.
  • Experience with modern source-control and collaborative workflows, including Git/GitHub.
  • Strong understanding of software quality, performance, reliability, and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to conduct effective code reviews and provide constructive technical feedback.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex technical challenges.
  • Ability to lead initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Redis and OpenSearch is valuable.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain scalable applications using C#, .NET, Web API, Redis, OpenSearch, AWS, and other cloud-native technologies.
  • Build reliable software solutions while contributing to frontend development using JavaScript and TypeScript as required.
  • Design, implement, maintain, and optimize application functionality throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Apply strong Entity Framework expertise to develop and maintain data-access layers and backend services.
  • Perform routine application maintenance, production support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
  • Analyze complex technical problems, identify root causes, and implement sustainable solutions.
  • Conduct detailed and constructive code reviews to maintain standards for code quality, security, and performance.
  • Lead or contribute to software and engineering process improvement initiatives.
  • Take ownership of assigned projects and initiatives, working independently or collaboratively.
