Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in international development, public administration, social sciences, or a relevant field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in project coordination, safeguarding, accountability, compliance, or a related role.
  • Fluency in English (required); professional proficiency in French (strongly preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience using data, case management, project management, and collaboration systems (e.g., Teams, Asana, Power BI, or similar).
  • Demonstrated experience working with international/field offices or cross-cultural teams.
  • Mature and personal Christian faith.
  • Commitment to the mission, vision, and values of World Relief.
  • Ability to affirm World Relief's Core Beliefs, Statement of Faith, and Christian Identity.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Support country offices in implementing and strengthening Complaint and Feedback Mechanisms (CFMs).
  • Monitor safeguarding, PSEAH, and child protection policies and compliance in collaboration with field offices.
  • Contribute to capacity strengthening through training development, Communities of Practice, and onboarding.
  • Manage documentation for investigations, including case tracking, logistics, and confidential record maintenance.
  • Administer accountability systems like FaceUp, including data analysis, reporting, and troubleshooting.
  • Coordinate unit priorities, track project deliverables, and maintain knowledge management systems.
  • Develop communication and training materials for diverse audiences and coordinate French-language translation and adaptation.
