Requirements
- Must be based in South Africa or Latin America.
- Must be able to work during U.S. Eastern Time (EST) business hours.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot, including deal tracking, CRM updates, and pipeline management.
- Intermediate Excel and Google Sheets skills, including formatting, templates, and reporting.
- Strong written English communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to independently manage professional follow-ups.
- Strong execution discipline and reliability.
Responsibilities
- Own and maintain the deal pipeline in HubSpot CRM.
- Track inbound interest, responses, follow-ups, deal stages, and next steps.
- Manage consistent follow-up across 6–12 month deal cycles.
- Maintain clean CRM records including notes, tasks, and deal stages.
- Update Excel and Google Sheets trackers and organize raw information into reports and visuals.
- Support the preparation of pitch materials and client-facing documents.
- Coordinate meetings, calendars, and deal-related calls.
