Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, consulting, or private equity.
- Expert-level Excel skills, including dynamic modeling and scenario toggles.
- Strong Python skills with experience in pandas, requests, and API integrations.
- Strong SQL capabilities, specifically for querying Oracle general-ledger data.
- Hands-on experience with financial planning platforms like Pigment, Adaptive, or Anaplan.
- Familiarity with LLM APIs and AI-agent development.
- Proven ability to produce EBITDA bridges, rolling forecasts, and investor packages.
- Experience translating complex analysis into executive narratives.
- Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong self-direction and ability to operate in ambiguous environments.
- MBA from a leading institution is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain automated data pipelines connecting Oracle, Pigment, Salesforce, and other financial systems.
- Administer financial planning platforms, managing versioning, data refreshes, and API integrations.
- Co-develop and validate AI-powered finance agents for forecasting, strategy, and collections intelligence.
- Lead end-to-end rolling forecast processes, including actuals ingestion and sensitivity analysis.
- Produce EBITDA bridges, variance analysis, and executive-level financial commentary.
- Build scenario and investment models for acquisitions, pricing, and infrastructure initiatives.
- Mentor team members on modeling standards and analytical approaches.
